Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care goods (beauty products)
- Sale items
- Gift cards

 

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.

 

European Union 14-day cooling off period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days. Items must be unused and in original condition.

 

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
